Maintenance for Watches
- Mechanical and Automatic watches should be serviced every 5 years.
- Battery Replacements on Quartz Water Resistance should include seals and pressure testing to insure protection.
- Diving in Salt Water, make sure to rinse your watch in cold tap water.
- Bracelet Cleaning and Maintenance is possible with warm water and a brush plus a little detergent, but the best cleaning is done by a professional in our store.

In addition to factory, The Swiss Chalet offers in-store warranties using factory parts saving you time. Additional shipping and instruction service available.
Certifications
Our shop has been certified to repair and service all Swiss watches. Our tools and workmanship has been certified by visits from factory reps from Rado Tissot, Hamilton, Longines, and Rolex. We are a quality service center for Rolex and all watches we sell.
